Booking and Payment
To book a dumpster, you may be required to provide certain information, including contact details and payment information. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking or delivery. Prices are subject to change.
Delivery and Pickup
We strive for timely delivery and pickup. You agree to ensure clear access to the drop-off location and the dumpster itself for pickup. Delays caused by inaccessible locations or obstructions may incur additional fees.
Prohibited Items
Certain materials are strictly prohibited from being placed in our dumpsters, including hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, batteries, and certain electronics. Please refer to our guidelines or contact us for a complete list. Fines may apply for violations.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for the safe use of the dumpster and for ensuring that it is not overloaded. You agree to keep the dumpster within the agreed-upon area and not move it once placed.
Overload Fees
Dumpsters have weight limits. Exceeding these limits will result in additional fees to cover the extra disposal costs. We will notify you if your dumpster is overloaded upon pickup.
Cancellation Policy

Damage to Dumpster or Property
You agree to use the dumpster responsibly. You may be liable for damages to the dumpster or our equipment caused by misuse, overloading, or improper placement. We are not responsible for damage to your property during delivery or pickup, barring negligence.

Diamond Tire and Dumpsters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the rental fee paid.
